Seized To Stand-in For Flipsid3 Tactics; Electronic Transfers to Natus Vincere

Flipsid3 Tactics are shaking up their Counter Strike: Global Offensive roster with the departure of Denis “electronic” Sharipov who has left to join Natus Vincere, the organization announced Monday.

In place of Electronic, the Russian esports organizations have loaned Denis “seized” Kostin to Flipside as a stand-in until the end of December. The transfer of Electronic to Natus Vincere confirms the various rumors of the Russian player's inclusion into the Na'Vi lineup as a means to remedy the recent streak of poor performances from the once-dominant CIS squad.

"This move is based in no small part on electronic’s interest to play for Natus Vincere.  While we were hesitant to see him go, we are so happy to have been the place to nurture his talent and help take his game to the next level.  We wish electronic and Natus Vincere the best of luck, and look forward to seeing them in competition soon."

Seized's transfer from the Na'vi starting roster will be the team's second attempt at removing this player from the starting lineup. Shortly after the Krakow major, Na'vi looked to rebuild their team after failing to retain their Legend status through the benching of AWPer Ladislav "Guardian" Kovacs, who went on to join Faze Clan and Seized, who was brought back onto the starting roster of Na'vi a month later due to the team's inability to find a suitable replacement.

"While we are hesitant to see a player of Electronic’s caliber go, We are very excited to have a player of seized’s caliber and experience on our roster," stated Hector “FrosT” Rosario. "We have complete confidence in him because we understand CS:GO is a team game and B1ad3 is the best in incorporating someone’s talent into his system. A player this experienced will be a very good fit for us."

Natus Vincere and Flipsid3 Tactics have both qualified for the 2018 Eleague Major Qualifier due to taking part in PGL: Krakow where both teams were unable to attain Legend status which would grant direct seeding into the Eleague Major 2018. The qualifier will take place at the Turner Broadcasting Studio in Atlanta, Georgia from the 15th to 19th of January.
